∎ Graduate / Diploma in related subject / any subject from a Govt. approved University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tea Garden

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend daily mustering at specified time to distribute jobs to staffs, sirders and labourers as per instruction of the Manager.
∎ Checking all books and records of previous day's work.
∎ Checking store requisitions and transport programs.
∎ Supervision of all field works with task realization.
∎ Attend leaf weighing in both morning and evening and arrange to send plucked leaves to the factory maintaining safety and security.
∎ Advise and report all relevant matters to Management.
∎ Carrying out day to day official assignment.
∎ Performing any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have in-depth knowledge on tea field technology, Supervising capabilities.
∎ Hard working and ability to continue work under pressure.
