Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree. Diploma in “Tea Management” will be treated as an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have track record of handle a production of 5-7 Lac kgs. of Made Tea, new planting 50-60 acre per annum with a volume of 8-10 Lac plants raised per annum in nursery.
∎ To be able to work hard in adverse conditions and have the courage and ability to run a Division (Out division of a Tea Estate) independently and lead a team to protect company’s interest from internal & external threats.
∎ Organize and supervise any tea planting (new/extension/infilling) to meet company standard including shade and rubber as per policy.
∎ Handle all labour and garden administrative issues in the respective division to maintain law and order, control illegal encroachment etc.
∎ Possess report writing skills (both English & Bengali)
∎ Supervision of all field works with task realization including Tea and Rubber.
∎ To manage the labour workforce and machinery for maximum productivity
∎ Ensure judicious use of fertilizer, Agro chemical, field input etc
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein and felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Minimum 35 year(s) (Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Minimum 10-year(s) experience in the relevant field.
∎ The incumbent should posses the following qualities:
∎ Self motivated, dynamic, collaborated, superior negotiation and mediation skills, possess Leadership and Authoritative qualities & capable to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
