Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for demand Planning for SKD & CKD Electronics Products import as per monthly / annual business sales forecast.
∎ Placing the Purchase Order/Work Order for Foreign & Local vendors against approved order plan.
∎ Prepare all source documents and forward to F&A for LC opening.
∎ Engagement of Freight Forwarder after LC SWIFT & Payment Confirmation in a competitive price after negotiation and CS approval.
∎ Follow-up the foreign shipment and lifting from local sources as per agreement with supplier / principles.
∎ Check the Non-negotiable shipping documents as per LC before finalize for supplier's bank submission.
∎ Follow-up & monitoring shipping documents in parallel to shipment arrival in BD (IGM declaration from carrier /agent of the carrier), Berting information, discharge of containers at POD.
∎ Follow-up & collection of original shipping document/ shipping guarantee (when applicable) from LC issuing Bank and send C&F agent timely to release consignments (considering physical examination Bill of entry & assessment copy before clearing the imported goods from port & customs).
∎ Keeping all commercial documents of foreign and local procurements, like CI/PL/BL/BE/Catalogue, C&F / Freight Forwarder, Transport and other related documents.
∎ Follow-up with F&A for timely submission of Bills & payment.
