∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
∎ Planning, budgeting, sourcing, and negotiating of raw materials with standard price in optimum lead time.
∎ Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business as guided by the top management.
∎ Introduce supplier assessment techniques and develop an effective method of comparative analysis of cost-effectiveness & timely delivery of the goods and services.
∎ Good knowledge with UPVC (Raw Materials, equipment) and ensuring quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Update information on the market, price of material, new development of the product, and alternate sources.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ Keep communication with Bank, Shipping Company, Freight Forwarder, C&F Agents, Transport Companies, Port & Customs Officials including all governments authority.
∎ Correspondence with Exporters / Importers/ Principal, Shipping line, forwarder, C&F, Transport, and other concerned authorities accordingly.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Supply chain, operating experience of Store related software, the Advance level user of MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
∎ Commercial-related experience, Export Import Through LC.
∎ Integrity & confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication
