Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the receiving of incoming materials to ensure promptness and perfection.
∎ Ensure that the observations reported during receiving / issuing of materials / finished goods are properly handled to comply with procedure and GMP.
∎ Monitor the delivery of requisite materials to Production department & others to ensure smooth production as per requisition.
∎ Review the status of issued materials on periodic basis by ensuring presence of under issue label and other records.
∎ Supervision of special materials like as flammable liquids / solvents, hazardous materials, Narcotic materials, printed packaging materials, rejected materials etc. on periodic basis.
∎ Supervision of housekeeping (daily and periodic cleaning) activities and ensure availability of cleaning utensils, to keep the Warehouse clean as per required standard.
∎ Supervision of recording temperature & relative humidity of the specified storage areas and arrange to report maintaining GMP manner if any discrepancy observed.
∎ Supervision and approval of daily and periodic reports ( Daily Receiving, MRR, Re-test, Expiry, Performance appraisal etc.).
∎ Periodic reporting on Retest and expiry of existing materials and continuous monitoring.
∎ Ensure the maintenance of Warehouse facilities and generate/approve requisitions to develop the facilities or keep the facilities as per requirement.
∎ Distribute individual jobs among employees for smooth operation and productive output.
∎ Take necessary initiative to achieve departmental quality goals and continuous improvement of all process/procedures.
∎ Ensure training of employee as per yearly training plan and requirement in connection with central training department of Quality Assurance.
∎ Candidate should have excellent academic record from reputed university.
