Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting.
∎ Good academic results from any reputed public/private University.
∎ Skilled Required: Accounting Software, Accounts, Microsoft Excel, VAT Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring periodic review of VAT related transactions, proper documents and process.
∎ Preparation & submission of monthly VAT return (9.1).
∎ Preparation & arrangement all supporting for input output Coefficient (4.3)
∎ Issue VAT 6.6 for VAT Deduction at source.
∎ Ensuring timely and proper issuance of Credit and Debit Notes when required.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience on VAT Appeal.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations.
∎ Auditing of VAT books of records of Factory, Branch time to time.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to Income Tax related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT.
∎ Liaison with the VAT authority time to time.
∎ Hands on experience on VAT software.
∎ To monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt.
∎ Monitoring Input and Output VAT recording and related challan preservation.
∎ Liaison with tax & VAT consultant time to time.
∎ Preparation & submission return 75A to Tax authority.
∎ Preparation & submission return 108 to Tax authority.
∎ Regular supervision of factory VAT department & advice time to time for proper VAT recording system.
∎ Documentation for yearly Tax return submission to Tax authority
∎ Fulfilling other responsibilities as per management requirements
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
