∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

∎ Candidate must have 06-10 Years of relevant experiences in dyes & Chemicals procurement, preferably in the textile or garments sector;
∎ Candidate should have In- Depth knowledge of Chemical handling, compliance (ZDHC, MRSL) and sustainability practices;
∎ Experiences in both local and oversee sourcing;
∎ Candidate should have proficiency in ERP software handling and MS Office for preparing any kind of activities;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the end-to-end procurement of dyes and chemicals from local and international markets;
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (dyeing, quality, compliance) to understand requirements and specifications;
∎ Ensure the timely supply of quality-assured materials to support continuous production flow.;
∎ Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and overseas suppliers;
∎ Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and vendor capability assessment;
∎ Prepare RFQs, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions;
∎ Issue purchase orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Monitor shipment schedules, import documentation, and customs clearance processes.
∎ Liaise with warehouse and store teams for material receipt, inspection, and documentation.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery, quality, and compliance metrics.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, cost analysis, and supplier evaluations.
∎ Contribute to digitization, automation, and ERP integration efforts.

∎ Procurement Operations:
