Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's major in accounting from any reputed university with CA(CC)/CA Partly qualified .

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop audit plan, audit program, audit schedule based on risk assessment in line with standard audit practices and guideline and direction from Higher Authority and guide team to support in achieving audit activities
∎ Conduct and guide team to complete audit fieldwork and finalize audit report for Higher Authority review and reviewing existing process of Abed Holdings Ltd. for further improvement of controls and governance processes. Ensure formal entrance & exit of audit.
∎ To ensure audit working papers of auditors and ensure audit working files are complete, properly indexed and cross referenced.
∎ Conduct ad-hoc audit assignments and reviews as per the direction of Higher Authority and management
∎ Conduct schedule and un-schedule of factory/office premises visits for audit activities.
∎ Check Cash book and Receipt & Payment Accounts.
∎ Ensure Surprise audit, Operational audit, Compliance audit, Performance audit, etc.
∎ Check all Operational Expenses- Petty cash, Stationery bill, Water bill, Courier bill etc.
∎ Check all Conveyance, Lunch, Holiday allowance, Night allowance etc.
∎ Check all Security Departmental bill- Ansar's salary, Bonus, advance & adjustment, etc.
∎ Check all General Admin Bill- Fixed assets, Renovation, Repair & Maintenance bill.
∎ Check all Mobile bill.
∎ Check all Documentation expenses bill-(Porcha dolil uttolon), Mutation, Land tax etc.
∎ Check all Transport vehicle fuel bill, Paper renewal & Repair & Maintenance bill/ note, adjustment.
∎ Check all Tour bill, Fair bill, Sales & Conference bill etc. of Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ Check all Advertisement & Printing bill.
∎ Check all Cheque & Voucher related work.
∎ Check construction related all bills.
∎ Check inventory updates.
∎ Check all Business diversification bill & adjustment.
∎ To check the bills of all purchased materials bill & adjustment Procurement Department.
∎ Check all Company Assets & Liability Inventory work.
∎ Check all Sales registration, Mutation, Hand over, Adjustment, Refund, Re-allotment related work.
∎ Project visit & Market rate verification.
∎ Communication with others Department & Project concerned personnel.
∎ Check all Final Settlement.
∎ Any other special activities as and when required by HOD/ Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Auditing, Internal Audit, Necessary auditing experience in related field.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Sound knowledge on Internal Audit.
∎ Conversant with both the International and Bangladesh Standards on Auditing.

Salary: Negotiable
