Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with Port authority, Customs & Shipping agent to ensure timely dispatch of imported raw materials to support uninterrupted production flow at factory with cost effective.
∎ Analyze detail logistics cost and execute cost-effective material movement plan on consignment basis.
∎ Coordinate with C&F agents for clearing the goods based on import policies.
∎ Selection of optimal transportation modes based on unloads location and capacity.
∎ Create policies or procedures for internal logistics operations.
∎ Ensure safety of In-transit Raw Material with optimum GIT Loss.
∎ Develop port wise transporters; ensure transparency on regular freight negotiation& Contracts.
∎ Maintaining liaison with port and govt. authorities.
∎ Transporter's bill process, monitor regular fright payment and solve related issues on time.
∎ Maintaining liaison with customs and related functions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Negotiation Skill
∎ Leadership Skill & Control
∎ Skill in MS Office
