Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
∎ Proven experience in managing and operating an IELTS examination center or similar testing environment.

∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Oversee the establishment and setup of the IELTS examination center in Dhaka, ensuring compliance with British Council and IELTS standards.
∎ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and accreditations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational Management:
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations of the examination center, including scheduling exams, managing test materials, and ensuring a secure testing environment.
∎ Implement and maintain standardized procedures to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the examination process.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Recruit, train, and lead a team of examiners, invigilators, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality services.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance.
∎ Candidate Relations:
∎ Provide excellent customer service to candidates, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive testing experience.
∎ Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve candidate satisfaction.
∎ Compliance and Quality Assurance:
∎ Ensure strict adherence to British Council and IELTS guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
∎ Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 46 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of IELTS testing procedures, standards, and regulations.
∎ Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with local regulations and accreditation processes.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
