Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all filling and transferring activities of Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP)
∎ Safeguard and inspect all packaging materials are in stock prior to commencing filling.
∎ Achieve periodic checks of all filling and packaging equipment to ensure optimum efficiency during operations.
∎ Ensure finished products to meet quality standards and keep records for all activities as per 3PIMS, ISO. 9001-2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 etc.
∎ Ensure products on time filling as per weekly production plan complying company's SH&E guidelines.
∎ Confirm all preventive maintenance is done as per approved schedule with the help of Engineering & Maintenance department.
∎ Supervise and train all contractual employees of the department as per the yearly training plan.
∎ Responsible for bulk delivery of any items from LOBP and make sure to follow the proper safety guidelines.
∎ Other activities as instructed by the supervisor and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 06 years practical experience in relevant area as well as working experience in automation (PLC, SCADA etc.).
∎ Proven working experience in similar role
∎ In-depth understanding of SAP
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
∎ A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Excellent communication skill with attention to detail
∎ Prerequisite qualifications may be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
