Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will read & understand the process and instrumentation loop diagrams and process flow chart.
∎ PLC Programming & controlling system with the brand of Mitsubishi Compact & modular PLC
∎ Electronics Process / Maintenance - Mitsubishi PLC Programming and Troubleshooting Knowledge
∎ The incumbent has to plan & design all work in Auto Cad
∎ Electrical Load Calculation for all machinery
∎ Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of process machinery
∎ Ensure running of Machines equipment on agreed efficiency and ensure maximum utilization in all.
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of machinery
∎ Ensure proper inventory of process machinery & Spare parts
∎ Maintain Engineering history, file engineering drawings & other validation document.
∎ Find out the problem and make decision with maintenance personnel
∎ Responsible for overall electrical & related work of the plant.
∎ Experience in Refrigerator Manufacturing Process like PU Foaming, Thermoforming, Sheet Metal, Power press & Extruder machinery.
∎ Responsible for designing, planning, evaluating, implementing and documenting industrial automation related projects and initiatives (PLC / HMI / VFD / Instrumentation / Servo amplifier Adjustment / Data and Voice Networks / plant electrical distribution systems).
∎ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of automation products and its hardware and Software, including network and interface software, protocols and architectures, specification etc.
∎ Designs electrical systems by developing and testing components.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by following company policy and established procedures; requesting repair service.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure.
∎ Experience in Refrigerator Manufacturing Process like PU Foaming, Thermoforming, Sheet Metal, Power press & Extruder, Injection Moulding Machinary etc
∎ Electronics Process / Maintenance - Mitsubishi PLC Programming and Troubleshooting Knowledge required
