• Age 25 to 36 years

• Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members or contributors.

• Generate monthly sales reports for management. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for departmental activities to evaluate their financial viability.

• Conduct research to understand audience needs and preferences. Stay updated on digital trends.

• Content creation (such as articles, blog posts, social media posts, etc.).

• Graphic design for web (web banners, social media posts, other campaigns, etc.); design for print media (visiting cards, ID cards, banners, catalogs, other designs, etc.). Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.

• Video shooting with a professional camera, creating promotional video, and animation.

• Ensure regular social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube) posting.

• Set up Facebook Pixel and server tracking for our websites.

• Run ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

• SMS and email marketing (if need).

• Reply to messages and phone calls from customers (if need).

• Web maintenance/up-to-date website information and inventory. You have to maintain two SHOPIFY websites.

• Troubleshoot the website and other issues (department-related).

• Ensure Daraz seller stores are well-maintained. Always keep in mind the Daraz seller policy.

• Any department-related commercial duties.

• Other tasks given by management (e.g., CV filtering, talking with candidates in detail to filter potential candidates).
