Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Civil engineering from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, ETABS, Staad Pro
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programme and Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Project Costing, Project designing, Project Implementation, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares designed drawing according to standard design code using Auto Cad, Staad Pro, Etabs or other tools as necessary for civil & prefabricated steel building.
∎ Checking of drawings & design documents provided by outside consultants & comment on any kind of discrepancy for civil & prefabricated steel building
∎ Provide necessary design related information’s & codes to outside consultant whenever necessary.
∎ Oversees the timely achievement of milestones for design & analysis within the allocated budget & time.
∎ Undertakes feasibility studies of project locations and develops the design accordingly.
∎ Analysis of rates for different civil related works.
∎ Prepare BOQ as per drawings and certify accordingly. Budget to be provided whenever necessary.
∎ Ensure periodically visit work site to verify works being carried out as per drawing / design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working & Able to take challenges.
∎ Good at communicating in English.
