Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and Management of pattern room team.
∎ Ensuring timely pattern making as per the requisition of the Designers.
∎ Ensuring in time tailoring of the samples as per requirement of the Designers.
∎ Guide and support to ensure optimum efficiency of the pattern room.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation of the patterns and samples and proper record keeping.
∎ Provide necessary support to Merchandising department regarding any pattern related issues.
∎ Sourcing of trims and accessories of sample production and managing stock of the same.
∎ Keep constant liaison with Design and Merchandising department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Experience in pattern making and making will be given preference
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Pattern making knowledge, Measurement chart, sewing optimization will be an added advantage.
∎ Must have excellent skill on People and Team management, Interpersonal and communication skill & Problem solving and decision making skil

Salary: Negotiable
