• 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, laser design for the denim industry is highly preferred.

• Strong Graphic Design Fundamentals

• Sense of composition, balance, scale, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to create artwork suitable for denim washes and laser effects.

• Knowledge of denim washes, vintage effects, distressing, whiskers, and laser finishing.

• Understanding how artwork translates onto different denim fabrics, shades, and constructions.

• Ability to develop original laser graphics, all-over patterns, placements, and fashion concepts.

• Ability to convert manual to laser design.

• Maintain design records and ensure timely completion of development activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop original laser graphics, patterns, placement artworks, and innovative fashion concepts for denim garments.

• Create seasonal laser design concepts aligned with customer requirements, fashion trends, and market demands.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Development, Production, and Merchandising teams to achieve the desired garment appearance and finishing effects.

• Develop and standardize laser artworks for sample development.

• Maintain and organize design archives, artwork libraries, development records, and technical files for future reference.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by introducing innovative laser effects and sustainable design solutions.

• Coordinate with laser machine operators to ensure proper execution of approved artworks and effects.

• Monitor sample developments and provide necessary adjustments to meet buyer expectations and quality standards.
