Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in all facets of commercial management including but not limited to import, export, back-to-back LC, Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing, UD, EPB, C&F and logistics, capacity planning and sourcing, documentation and overall coordination in accordance with commercial SOPs.
∎ To prepare yearly import/export customs statement as per customs format of all units for audit and handle yearly customs audit independently.
∎ To ensure all customs pass book entry as per UD consumption.
∎ To prepare and follow up on UP.
∎ IRC, ERC & other related activities with CCI&E.
∎ To update and maintain export and import (Into Bond and Ex-Bond) register.
∎ Vast knowledge about all activities of Customs Bond, EPB, BTMA. BKMEA, BGMEA, BIDA(BOI), BANK, CUSTOMS HOUSE , VAT, Income tax, INCENTIVE etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having adequate knowledge on BGMEA, UP(Inbond & Exbond, UD, customs, bond, L/C, acceptance, export, import, Incentive, bank & custom audit-related issues.
∎ Must have acquaintance with working in ERP covering customs audit.
