Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing & monitoring internal control systems of civil work and recommending improvements to the internal control system
∎ Checking different types of Civil contractors’ bills
∎ Checking BOQ based on civil drawings
∎ Prepare variance analysis report on actual and BOQ cost
∎ Checking and evaluating of technical and commercial offers before participation in the tender process as a member of tender committee
∎ Checking Comparative statement (CS) for procuring civil construction materials
∎ Frequently visit the construction site to evaluate contractor’s and Engineer’s performance and assess quality of works
∎ Participate in physical survey work on raw materials and others items of inventories and land development survey
∎ Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
