Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master's in any subject/discipline from any reputed university. MBA is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Labor Management, Security Management, Transport Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Coordination, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), logistic management, Office Management, Security Management, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
∎ General Office Administration and Staffing structure.
∎ Administrative official correspondence.
∎ Office supervision
∎ Ensure Food for staff and maintain Staff canteen properly.
∎ Meeting set up, preparation of meeting minutes and circulation.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Admin department.
∎ Liaison with government and semi-government office.
∎ Handle any unwanted situation completely, properly and tactfully.
∎ Process Corporate SIM and Visiting Card for officials.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Ensure employee's welfare; design and develop policy for win win situation according to company's strategy.
∎ To ensure security of the project in consultation with the Head of the project.
∎ PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT:
∎ Preparation of Monthly Overtime Allowance Sheet.
∎ Monitoring Leave, Day Off, Holidays, Evaluation of Duties and Responsibility and activities of staff.
∎ Leave/weekly day off record in ERP.
∎ Keeping close liaison with local Law Enforcing Agencies and arranging necessary assistance in need of any unwanted crisis.
∎ Updating all licenses/certificates of the organization.
∎ TRANSPORT OPERATIONS:
∎ Maintain and repair vehicles operation, routing and driver management to ensure proper transportation support.
∎ Make timely payments of Tax-Token, Fitness, Registration and Route permit through Finance and Accounts Department and update all the documents to maintain traffic law and legal compliance.
∎ LOGISTIC FUNCTION:
∎ Provide necessary logistic support (all printing items, sitting arrangement for newly join employees etc.) to all employees .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Knowledge of labour law, industrial legislation and ability of interpretation and adaptation is per-requisite
