Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting orBusiness related field, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting or Business related field
∎ Chartered Secretary or partly qualified from ICAB
∎ Bangladesh Bar Council enrollment will be prioritized.
∎ At least 3 to 7 year(s) of relevant work experience and having ample experience in corporate secretariat, affairs & legal.
∎ Able to provide Vetting all sort of Land related documents.
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chartered Accountancy,Chartered Secretary
∎ Skills Required: Audit, Company Law, Excise, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Audit, Company Law, Company Secretary, Corporate Law, Customs and Excise, Income Tax, VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare drafts & vetting of various sorts of Agreements, Contracts, Deeds, MOU, Loan Agreements, Legal Notice etc.
∎ To provide Legal Opinion on Various Legal Matters.
∎ Ensure maintenance of good corporate governance through monitoring, advice and reporting.
∎ Evaluate performance targets fixed by the Board from time to time.
∎ Review of Loan and Security documents of borrower of Banks, Leasing and any other Financial Institution.
∎ Attend in the court to assist the professionals.
∎ Assist in preparation of contracts and agreements as may be required which may also include liaison with legal counsel.
∎ Ensure all board members are properly constituted and provided with clear terms of reference.
∎ Maintain records properly of AGM, EGM, Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, resolutions,documents regarding Company affairs and preparation and maintenance of meeting minutes and all business letters, notices and other official publications issued by Company Secretariat.
∎ Ensure compliance to rules and regulations of Income Tax, VAT, Customs, Securities & Exchange Commission, Bangladesh Bank, BIDA and Partnership Act etc.
∎ Keep under close review of all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the Company's operations, and to ensure the Board is fully briefed on these and that it has regard to them when taking decisions.
∎ Foster relations with investors, board members, company’s offices, government agencies, regulatory bodies and other organizations.
∎ Ensure proper management of treasury & working capital, regulatory compliance, proper VAT & TAX management and dividend management

∎ Age 26 to 35 years

∎ Strong analytical and data-gathering skills in making strategic decisions.
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
∎ Positive in attitude, Detail-Oriented,result-oriented & ready to take challenges.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla & English, verbally and in writing.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Income Tax Ordinance 1984, Companies Act, 1994, Securities and Exchange Commission Act, Ordinance, Rules and Regulations, Custom Excise and VAT law, Insurance Law, Partnership Act and other Business laws.
∎ Willing to travel sometimes.
