∎ The candidate must have Masters (MS in Agriculture Science- Agronomy/ Crop Botany/ Agricultural Chemistry/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Entomology/ Agriculture Mechanics/ Agriculture Economics will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure mulberry cultivation and intercultural operation, Silkworm egg/ DFL production, and increase mulberry leaf quality and quantity
∎ Maintain and multiplication high yielding mulberry variety and silkworm race
∎ Manage mulberry operations and silkworm rearing process
∎ Maintain disinfection and silkworm disease control
∎ Adopt modern technologies of silkworm rearing and cocoon production
∎ Ensure the improvement of silkworm rearing facilities
∎ Monitoring of sericulture farm activities
∎ Manage Office, Inventory of cocoon production farm and Accounts
∎ Maintain the liaison and communication with BDP office and Sericulture Enterprise management
∎ Prepare different report and share with the management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
