Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the project.
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, formwork, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing e construction projects, etc.
∎ Ensuring quality of work at every phase of construction plan by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Prepare report including progress report and submit to the management time to time.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions i.e. civil working, drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction and special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction, etc.
∎ Ability to supervise the civil work individually.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ Teamwork and Team commitment;
