Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the operation and maintenance activities of HVAC System, Chiller, Water Treatment Plant, Air Compressor, Generator, Substation, Boiler, ETP, Online UPS etc.
∎ Ensure on time breakdown data management and do RCA analysis of day-to-day breakdown to improve machine health conditions. Prepare report of maintenance
∎ Ensure proper inventory of Utility & spare parts
∎ Prepare and review utility SOP and conduct training for staffs and ensure compliance of the documents
∎ Proactive involvement in QMS activities to ensure on time closing CR, CAPA, Deviation & Risk assessment etc.
∎ Prepare Re-qualification protocol and Perform qualification for HVAC, Compressed Air System.
∎ Perform energy monitoring of the site, prepare monthly report and take proactive action for energy savings
∎ Look after electrical maintenance, automation projects and digitalization.
∎ Supervise technician in maintenance issues on Utility areas.
∎ Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirement for Maintenance activities.
∎ Supervise the daily electro-mechanical repair & maintenance work of maintenance team and maintain its record
