Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Execute overall logistics operations and Admin related activities.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the company.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staff & the top management of the company.
∎ Ensure all aspects relating to the smooth functioning of sales, Marketing and other department , staff management, compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Develop organizational strategy encompassing human resource management, corporate planning, organizational performance and risk management which will allow the organization to meet the vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
∎ Plan and develop overall Recruitment Policy of the plant and participate in the recruitment & selection process.
∎ Verifying all documents in relation to joining employees.
∎ Provide orientation at the plant side for new joiners.
∎ Coordinate the performance appraisal systems of the company.
∎ Oversee Job separation, Final settlement & Disciplinary action related issues.
∎ Maintain and control transport facilities at the factory.
∎ Assist HR head and Group HR Head in effective formulation, updating, and implementation of Health & Safety practices at office premises.
∎ Follow up monthly and quarterly HR Reporting.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority from time to time
