∎ BA (Hons) in Library and Information Science from a reputed university.
∎ Master's degree in Library and Information Science is preferred
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Library and Information Science
∎ Training/Trade Course: Library Mnagement System
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Library Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide circulation and reference services to library user
∎ Assist library users in the effective searching of the library catalogue, online journals and databases
∎ Maintain library inventory and conduct periodic audits of the information on file
∎ Check books in and out of the library.
∎ Respond to student complaints, taking action as necessary.
∎ Issuing a library card to the student
∎ Organize collections of books, publications, documents, audiovisual aids, and other reference materials for convenient access.
∎ Develop and index databases that provide information for library users.
∎ Ensure that all library policies and procedures are followed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Proficient in MS Office package especially in MS word & MS Excel
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill
