∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing baked goods following established recipes and procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
∎ Assist in managing all day-to-day operations of the bakery and meet the production demand
∎ Note the supply and demand margin regularly
∎ Ensure excellent quality throughout the process
∎ Assist in checking quality of material and condition of equipment used for mixing & baking
∎ Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately.
∎ Maintain the baking station and ensure compliance in the kitchen
∎ Guide and motivate the whole baking team in absence of Bakery In-charge
∎ Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Bakery/ Pastry

Salary: Negotiable
