∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Industrial Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control in Restaurant Industry will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply chain management,Industry management,Factory Operations
∎ Skills Required: capable of working in a fast paced environment, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Multi tasking ability, Problem solving and analytical skill, Time Management skills, Training & Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Advance MS Excel, Management, MS Word, Restaurent operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fast Food Shop, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Ensure all the raw materials and other products are preserved according to standard guidelines.
∎ Scout potential suppliers with reasonable product rates.
∎ Assess the quality and standards of materials in the factory.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ Conduct "Quality Awareness" briefing with production departmental staff to motivate them about quality products.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
∎ Develop SOP for accuracy.
