Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers as they enter
∎ Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
∎ Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, sugar ratios, choice of sweetener)
∎ Prepare beverages following standard given recipes
∎ Keep the beverage station area clean
∎ Maintain stock and clean coffee machine and other coffee related equipment and utensils
∎ Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
∎ Comply with health and safety regulations
∎ Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous work experience as a Barista is mandatory.
∎ Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
∎ Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
∎ Flexibility to work long shifts.
∎ Basic computer literacy and math skill (added requirement).
∎ Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ High school diploma; relevant training in this field is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 20000 (Monthly)
