In-depth technical expertise in developing functional and production-ready samples for shirts and pants.
Proficient in paper pattern handling, modification, and adjustment.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of new style samples, catering to multiple customers with diverse quality standards.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute the daily sample production plan, setting clear targets for each operator.
Supervise the sample room team, ensuring timely and accurate sample delivery as per customer requirements.
Identify and solve manufacturing issues while ensuring safe and efficient use of cutting, sewing, and pressing equipment.
Review, evaluate, and approve all sample stages—from development and fitting to final approval.
Provide technical support in pattern making, fitting, and garment construction; conduct inspections before delivery.
Coordinate closely with merchandisers and production teams; lead pre-production meetings to align on technical specs.
Oversee product readiness for photo shoots and trade shows, manage returns, and ensure quality checks before reshipment.
