Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and purchase materials, goods, and services required for various departments and Negotiate for best price and execute contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
∎ Create purchase orders and manage all related documentation
∎ Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and adherence to agreements & Monitor market trends and research potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize inventory levels and storage.
∎ Update vendor database on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare monthly purchase reports.
