∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase requisition from respective site; prepare fund requisition after market survey and completing purchasing work.
∎ Collect sample from site office and verify the quality & price at market and prepare strategy of purchasing at competitive price on the basis of quality and availability in the market.
∎ Arrange the materials within short time for continuing smooth operation of vessels.
∎ Developing source of materials & services as require time to time.
∎ Communicating different site for smooth supply of materials and verify the urgency of materials time to time.
∎ Communicating head office and site office on regular basis.
∎ Engineering Technic and other functional activities should be completed for purchasing procedure.
∎ Preparing work progress report time to time and to be informed related personnel on time.
∎ Repotting all the activities on time to the reporting authority.
∎ After receiving purchase requisition from site office to be discuss with supplier, to be collect quotation from them and forward the offer to concern Department for their technical comments and negotiate price with supplier and arrange to purchase.
∎ Taking different type of Technical decision to solve Emergency Purchase & Repairing work for smooth operation of Vessels.
∎ Completing all the work for the interest of the company and. smooth purchase and operation of Vessels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on Vessel related materials
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Advance level knowledge on MS Excel.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
