Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the receipt, verification, and storage of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products
∎ Maintain real-time stock records and update the inventory management system (ERP)
∎ Ensure materials are stored properly and in an accurate place
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team for stock refill and follow up on pending orders
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sorts of store-related Documents
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to Supervisor
∎ Assist in audits and compliance checks by providing necessary documents and stock details
∎ Ensure the proper labeling, stacking, and safe handling of materials in the store
∎ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
∎ Follow safety procedures for material handling, lifting equipment, and hazardous materials storage
∎ Assist in vendor coordination for incoming material deliveries.
