Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate with corporate HSE to establish the safety culture across the region as per OSHA, ISO and Bangladesh Labor law
∎ To ensure that the BSRM HSE policies and management system are rolled out throughout the region ensuring that local legal requirements are met.
∎ Identify regional safety related issues; Inspection of sites, offices and safety equipment’s and conduct safety risk assessments across the region
∎ To conduct HSE training on a continual basis across the region to promote the importance of health and safety.
∎ Keep plant management, corporate HSE and other stakeholders informed about important safety issues
∎ Facilitate safety committee meeting, conduct HSE audit and Emergency Evacuation Drill, Identify hazards/risk, Suggest control measures, Prepare report & share the findings with site leadership team.
∎ Follow up & coordinate with plant management team for closing out the action items identified via HSE audit, Safety observation, legal requirements and any other sources.
∎ To monitor activities of project works, Maintain PTW, Provide training to both site team and contractor’s workers on safe work practices.
∎ Prepare & Circulate all necessary monthly reports to corporate HSE
∎ To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported timely and also investigated through the leadership of the H & S committee and investigation teams, recorded and reported.
∎ To ensure that all visitor, contracted labour and general contractors on site are trained and qualified to carry out the required role in compliance with the group policy for contractor management

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
