Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Import Through LC, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procure different machineries and materials like spare parts, chemicals, raw materials and materials on demand from international market.
∎ Issue import and export letters of credit and accepts payments: Notifies importers of issuance of letters of credit covering shipment of products.
∎ Prepare and review letter of credit documents to determine compliance with international standards.
∎ Verifie terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with established standards.
∎ Source supplier(s) ensuring effective procurement of, quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtain management approval of each consignment.
∎ Prepare work order in SAP and Ensure timely delivery.
∎ Prepare deed of agreements in connection to a series of specific procurement covering a certain span of time or a future procurement towards protection of our interest.
∎ Formulate procurement plan for raw materials and chemicals for maintaining uninterrupted production in the factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Should have knowledge on international market to take challenge to look after foreign
∎ procurement .
∎ Supply market analysis & negotiation skills.
∎ Good persuasion & communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Knowledge / Experience on SAP (Material Management)

Salary: Negotiable
