Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters in any subject from Public University.
∎ MBA in Marketing from any reputed private university will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will plan and coordinate proper execution of sales function.
∎ The candidate will be required to execute continuous market research and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Candidate having working experience with Government Organization and neighboring country will be given preference.
∎ The candidate shall have to work anywhere of Bangladesh.
∎ Managing enquiries for new dealer appointment
∎ Preparation of documents for new dealer appointment
∎ Preparation of monthly market simulation report
∎ Preparation of monthly target and achievement report
∎ Day to day communication with dealers regarding daily sales process, dealer queries and corrective measures
∎ Conduct market analysis 2/3 times in a month
∎ Daily retail report reconciliation
∎ Compilation of visit reports and dealer scorings
∎ Order consultation with Sales team
∎ Delivery order confirmation with plant
∎ SAP entry against each DO
∎ Delivery management, including follow-up with plant, and SCD
∎ Corporate client gift distribution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidate having working experience with Government Organization, will be given preference.
∎ Honest, ethical, and dependable
∎ Computer literate in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should be excellent in planning, leading and managing
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Work experience in the oil and gas sector will be preferred.
