Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect delivery orders from the divisional sales team and prepare delivery plans in software as per sales order.
∎ Select the specific transportation mode like customer trucks or company trucks.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with vendors and the Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues when they arise.
∎ Check & verify vendor bills from 3rd party vendors and submit them to the Distribution accounts department for payment.
∎ Maintain liaison with Head office distribution team & Sales team to ensure smooth cement delivery.
∎ Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry is seeking a hardworking, dedicated, and experienced individual for the position of Assistant Executive (Distribution) to manage cement delivery activities from our specific Ghat locations in Barishal, Patuakhali, and Barguna. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse group of people, including third-party vendors and drivers.
