∎ BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from any reputed university.

∎ Strong knowledge of generators, power systems, electrical distribution, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical components.
∎ Proficient in identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical engine problems.
∎ Familiarity with various generator manufacturers' equipment can be an advantage.
∎ Experience with installing, fault-finding, and upgrading control systems like DeepSea controls is beneficial.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics is essential.
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively solve technical issues.
∎ Ability to work in a team as a Team Leader.
∎ Willingness to work in various conditions, including on-call duties, is often required.
∎ Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, is generally expected.
∎ Should be sincere, honest and punctual.
∎ Ability to work hard and under pressure.
∎ Should be sound in Stress Management & Team work

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the setup of new generators, Machine Compressor, Chiller, ACs, Electric Substation and related equipment, including associated electrical systems and control panels, and performing commissioning tests to ensure proper function.
∎ Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generator systems, often involving diesel engines and their associated electrical components.
∎ Ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of these power generation units, which can range from small applications to large-scale industrial setups.
∎ Performing regular routine maintenance, scheduled servicing, and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. This includes tasks like lubrication, load testing, and general inspections.
∎ Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in generator systems, including engines, alternators, fuel systems, voltage regulators, and control systems.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, service schedules, parts replacement, and performance.
∎ Adhering to company health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with applicable electrical codes and regulations.
∎ Providing technical support, guidance to junior technicians, and participating in 24 hrs on-call service for emergency repairs.
∎ Work collaboratively with team members and other departments as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
