Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have good knowledge of regular participations and operations of tender functions for both manual tender and e-GP
∎ Update tender database in e-GP & TDMS.
∎ Need to check tender criteria from tender notice / documents and find out which eligibility match with our company for participation.
∎ Quoting price as per rate schedule of various authorities of Bangladesh.
∎ Analysis Bid document & Prepares summary of Bid document.
∎ Estimating all the required materials, equipment's and cost estimates for tender.
∎ Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
∎ Organizing, verifying & authorizing the complete tender document and submitting them on or before deadline.
∎ Calculation pricing of respective items adding all cost and others charge even L/C, C&F, Duty, Tax, Vat & others.
∎ Manage and maintain entire bid database, bid library of previous, current and coming projects and bespoke company information and literature.
∎ Time to time submit report about running tender work, progress and processing work.
∎ Maintain check list & flow chart for each tender (Institute wise) to ensure errorless tender submission and ultimate result.
∎ Ensuring accurate and complete hard copy files and electronic filing (SCAN) archives of tender packages with all supporting documentation.
∎ Must be expert in computer operations such as excel, Microsoft word & Microsoft Project
∎ Excellent in English Writing and reading
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
