Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the process parameters in a modern PLC according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Ensuring the proper usage of raw materials (such as crude seed, chemicals, electricity etc.) and also keep data of consumption.
∎ Supervising the work of team members who are involved in the production to meet the production demand.
∎ Generating progress report of the plant for management information to make further production & development plans.
∎ Preparing daily production and chemical consumption report of the plant & maintain log books accordingly.
∎ Ensuring functioning of all kinds of equipment and machinery efficiently to fulfill the production target.
∎ Ensuring uninterrupted production with the help of maintenance team.
∎ Assisting maintenance team in preventive & corrective maintenance works.
∎ Supervising installation of process equipment and commissioning of various equipment & machinery of the plant.

Salary: Negotiable
