Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 or 5 years in REF & RAC production line.
∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering will get preference.
∎ Good PowerPoint reporting & presentation skills.
∎ Must have a deep knowledge of the Fin press die, Cabi & door foaming mold.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job distribution to technicians as per tool mechanism Monitoring the tool function ability during the operation.
∎ Conduct daily meetings with the Mold technician.
∎ Mold modification to reduce Spare parts management of tools.
∎ Regular checking of tools before and after production.
∎ Tools modification to produce a variable model using existing tools Jig making- to increase productivity.
∎ Daily Team Attendance & Overtime Planning.
