Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create detailed mechanical designs, drawings and specifications for equipment and systems used in the PHC pile plant.
∎ Utilize CAD software to develop 2D and 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies
∎ ensure designs meet project requirements, industry standards and safety regulations
∎ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical, civil and project managers
∎ Prepare technical specifications and procurement documents for mechanical components
∎ evaluate vendor proposals and particulars in the selection process
∎ Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and ensure optimum performance
∎ Conduct stress analysis, thermal analysis and other engineering assessments to optimize designs
∎ Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation including design drawings, specifications and reports
∎ Provide technical guidance and support during the erection and commissioning of the project

(Precast pile and wall panel Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram.
∎ Responsibilities:-
∎ Create detailed mechanical designs, drawings and specifications for equipment and systems used in the PHC pile plant.
