Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a good academic record from any reputed public institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete technical responsibility for the smooth operation of the process equipment of the assigned shift.
∎ Participating in the maintenance activity of the process equipment along with ensuring its smooth operation.
∎ Should have clear technical know-how regarding the operation & maintenance of different process equipment like belt conveyer, bucket elevator, dust collector, ball mill, VRM etc.
∎ Having knowledge regarding the maintenance of hydraulic balance cranes will be treated as an added quality.
∎ Should have the capability to identify the root cause of the breakdown of the process equipment.
∎ Preparing and maintaining mechanical maintenance records & reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information & trends.
∎ Must have the capability to supervise & control the manpower of the respective section.
∎ Liaison with the sectional & departmental head for the smooth functioning of the man & machine to meet organizational goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Have to be young, smart & energetic.
∎ Must have good communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be willing to perform shifting duty.
∎ Must have computer literacy in MS Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
