Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing the Shifting Duty.
∎ Keeping in touch to get better output from the Shift workers.
∎ Communicate with Different Departments to ensure smoother functioning of the overall plant.
∎ Maintaining of Shift Register, Store Requisition Register, Manpower distribution Register.
∎ Physical Checking of all equipment of this section.
∎ Preparing an optimum scheduled plan for performing weekly & monthly maintenance.
∎ Carrying responsibilities for any issues in his shift including production related issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
