∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Erection Commissioning, mechanical maintenance, Steel Plant Erection Commissioning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional Activities:-
∎ Review mechanical drawings and calculations
∎ Review Utility requirements and associated design
∎ Develop RFQ for procurement items that are not in the main process equipment supplier’s scope
∎ Review technical offers, prepare CS and arrange W/O finalization
∎ Ensuring on-time field implementation complying with all relevant safety rules
∎ Co-ordination with consultant’s site engineers to ensure correct installation and commissioning as per approved design
∎ Providing engineering inputs and technical support at the site
∎ Review daily progress reports for site activities
∎ Expedite site activities with the project master schedule
∎ Coordination:-
∎ Coordinate with Supply Chain Management Department for spare parts supply to ensure running of Units
∎ Coordinate with Material Management and logistics for accurate status of inventory
∎ Leadership, Talent and Culture Development:-
∎ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
∎ Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, innovative thinking and continuous improvement
∎ Create a knowledge-sharing culture
∎ Arranging different organization awareness programs; i.e., workings, structure, culture of organization, policy & rules sharing, etc
