Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university (Preferably from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, IUT or a reputed Private University)
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Thinking, Dynamic, Electrical/ Electronics, mechanical maintenance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all machines are ready for production at all time for all units.
∎ Ensure all scheduled mechanical maintenance of all equipment and machinery at the plant
∎ Reduce breakdown hours by ensuring minimum breakdown maintenance time for smooth production.
∎ Maintain all equipment/machine maintenance-related registers & update machine history register every time of any change or maintenance of any machine.
∎ Inspect all machine regularly, fill up checklist with details, and submit to Head of Production every day.
∎ Troubleshot the machinery within a short time without stopping production.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping, Monitor & clean all machines & mechanical parts along with ensuring required painting in machinery.
∎ Maintain work order for Engineering and others department requirement.
∎ Improve and development of work efficiency to increase productivity & meet standard to reduce cost of utility services.
∎ Arrange loading of scrap materials whenever any scrap delivery will take place in coordination with Factory Admin.
∎ Ensuring all staffs must comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures of all machinery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates should have knowledge of Machineries Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning of new equipment, Utility Operation, Operational Excellence, Trouble Shooting
