Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and promote with the contractor a zero accidents and injuries free culture on the construction site.
∎ Estimate different civil proposals & presenting it to the Management by ensuring compliance to schedule, budgets and providing technical support as per requirements.
∎ Review progress of daily construction work and to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other
∎ Monitor actions by the contractor to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site including overall project risk management action.
∎ Liaise with supervision team, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
∎ Prepares the daily, weekly & monthly progress report.
∎ Monitor actions by the supervision team to follow up with relevant parties' corrective, preventive and defect repair.
∎ Review civil construction related drawings and specifications according to site requirements.
∎ Ensure appropriate usage and application of the Project Management System (PMS) with respect to entry and analysis of work-related data.
∎ Check the running / final bills of executed work submitted by contractor.
∎ Maintain smooth communication with Head offices and relevant parties as required.
∎ Any other task assigns by Top-Management.
