∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Heavy Construction Factory, Steel manufacturing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Function-Based:-
∎ Study the drawings transmitted by the consultant
∎ Check the BOQ and BBS submitted according to the drawings
∎ Estimate the required construction materials as per the BOQ
∎ Quantity Surveying and checking of the bills submitted by contractors and suppliers according to the practical work done and work orders
∎ Raise purchase requisition of materials and store requestion for consumptions.
∎ Preparation of BOQ for temporary site works
∎ Management of store reconciliation of materials provided to Contractors
∎ Internal Coordination Based:-
∎ Coordinate with the site civil representatives, and consultant’s representative to ensure proper deliverables.
∎ Coordinate Supply Chain department for ensuring delivery of construction materials in a timely manner
∎ Coordinate with the Inventory and Store Department for assessing the available materials and quality-checking functions
∎ Coordinate with the accounts department for all kinds of billing procedures
∎ Coordinate with the Audit department for proper certification of bills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Calculation of RCC & Steel Structure, MS Excel & Project, Quantity Survey, Autocad 2D

Salary: Negotiable
