Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Public University (BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET will get preferences).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ BOQ analysis, Material of Quantities (MOQ), Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and others), must be good at on understanding drawings and designs;
∎ Must be able to do pricing/forecasting the cost of the materials needed for the project; • Must be able to prepare contracts, budgets, quotations and other documentations; • Must be able to track changes in the design and/or construction work and adjusting
∎ budget projections accordingly;
∎ Should be well versed in preparing and arranging documents for tender proposal submission and participating in tender bidding;
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Should be able to procure/obtain the services of clients/ contractors/ suppliers and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project;
∎ Should be able to measure and value of the work done on the site;
∎ Should be good at on the assessment of construction work done as per design; • Should be able to maintain checklist, quality report, progress report regularly, weekly and monthly as per company policy.;
∎ Should be able to prepare and justify sub-contractor bill as per physical measurement of work;
∎ Should be able to check inventory report, ledger on regular basis and plan for proper
∎ store management of materials;
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC). • To monitor day to day of all site construction & civil work.
∎ Should be able to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong fluency in English. Strong communication ability with International Engineering company,
∎ Able to make necessary communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel. • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Sketchup or similar
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ Will be responsible all building construction & project work of the organization. • As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
