∎ Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Submit material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Ensure the compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ Maintain the storage at project site and update the storage logbook on daily basis.
∎ Submit written report daily at the EOD (End of day).
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis and submit progress report to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the mentality to work at night shift.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Project, IPC, STAAD-Pro or similar software.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
∎ Should be able to frequently travel in Bangladesh.
∎ Should be available 24/7-hour for emergency response.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.

Salary: Negotiable
