Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad,GIS

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Supervise construction works in the project
∎ Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing etc are available at site.
∎ Prepare estimation of required
∎ Supervise and monitoring structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction
∎ Check bills of the contractors & facilitate timely payment
∎ Maintain liaison with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and general workforce involved in the project
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring actual expenditure with works done
∎ Ensure that all construction materials are purchased as per given specification
∎ Ensure completion of project within the muster budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the knowledge of building construction rules-2008 and others rules and regulation of RAJUK
∎ Should have knowledge in land development & construction project will be preferred
∎ Should have knowledge in AutoCAD & GIS will be preferred

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
